This is a week for quiet prayer and reflection, a time to remember the institution of the Eucharist on Holy Thursday, a time to accompany Jesus on his walk to Calvary on Good Friday, a time to be with Jesus in the tomb on Holy Saturday, and a time to celebrate the resurrection at the Easter Vigil and on Easter Sunday.

In some ways we all walk the path that Jesus walked, doing our best, working with what life gives us, and asking God to be with us and to give us the grace we need to be faithful and true, confident that at the end of our earthly journey is the celebration of new life in and with the Spirit of God.
