Nature’s bounty

This is a wonderful time of year in which to enjoy the fruitfulness of creation. Nature is in full bloom and the birds of the air are in full song. One is drawn to stop and take it all in–to take a break from the busyness of daily life and to look at the world afresh and with gratitude.

These experiences of the fulness of creation lead us to wonder at the God of creation, who calls us to the fulness of life.

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ.” (Ephesians 1:3)

There is much wonder and beauty and fulness to photograph at this time of year. I’ve included some of my recent images.

“And God placed all things under his feet and appointed him to be head over everything for the church, which is his body, the fullness of him who fills everything in every way.” (Ephesians 1:22-23)
